Club Officers for the different sections are elected at the various AGMs as listed below

Ladies Indoor AGM – usually a Thursday afternoon in April

Mens Indoor AGM – usually a Thursday evening in April

Management Committee – Shotford Club AGM – Mid April, after the indoor season has completed
